Frequently asked questions
Booking is free, but we do need a card on file to hold your spot. The price shown during booking is just an estimate—you won’t be charged right away. After you book, we’ll reach out (by email or phone) within about 30 minutes to confirm your stay and send a secure payment link. This quick review helps us manage our limited nightly spots and give every dog the attention they deserve.
If you’d prefer, you're welcome to pay in person using cash, card, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or Zelle. Have questions? Feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!
After submitting a booking request you should receive a confirmation text+email as well as a link back to our website taking you to our secure payment page. Generally you can expect a response within 30 minutes. However depending on how busy we currently are this time can vary up to the end of the day. Requests are checked daily, so if it takes more than a day please contact us, or try resubmitting the request.

Yes, we have 3 cats (2 calicos, 1 tuxedo) of our own. Friendly with people and animals as they are very used to interaction and love to play. Any guests that request separation of their pet from ours will be respected; the home is divided into 3 different spacious sections, each containing multiple rooms for any pets that require or want to be alone. Otherwise your fur baby will have 100% access to the entire home.
